Ma. Roxanne B. Ibalobor is a Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC). She finished Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City and Master of Science in Educational Measurement and Evaluation from De La Salle University, Manila. She also earned academic units in Master of Arts in Education major in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos. As a graduate student at De La Salle University-Manila taking PhD in Educational Psychology major in Quantitative Methods, recently she passed her final oral dissertation defense.
Roxanne joined De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, Manila in 2011 as Program Assessment Specialist. In 2015 she was appointed as Head of the Office of Program Evaluation and Data Analytics, Center for Learning and Performance Assessment (CLPA-OPEDA). In 2017 she was concurrent OIC-Director of the CLPA for 6 months.
As a Lasallian, she has significantly contributed to Benilde’s institutional goals and mission through her work particularly in doing Lasallian research, program development, and developing institutional frameworks for (1) assessing student learning outcomes of DLS-CSB, (2) service learning, and (3) social development, among others. Her professional practice and training include counseling, program evaluation, test development, assessment, research, and measurement, among others.
She has published some of her works in local and international journals and presented her research in local and international conferences including Germany, Singapore, Rome, and United States, among others. She has conducted several trainings and seminar-workshops on counseling, test construction, psychological testing, personality development, homeroom management program, needs assessment, service-learning, and program development both for students and professionals, among others.
Roxanne is also actively involved in community and social development work through her membership and engagements in professional organizations outside DLS-CSB.
